    By providing counseling or “talk therapy”, I help adults find better ways of operating in life and interpersonal relationships. Client objectives often include improving communication, reducing stress and worry, finding support, and changing old, ineffective patterns that continue to show up and keep you stuck.

  • Who?

    I work with adult clients who are struggling with relationships, career, anxiety, depressive symptoms, grief, or life transitions and general stressors. Together, we clarify goals, look at the underlying contributors and implement strategies toward your desired change.

  • How?

    It takes courage to ask for help. Having an empathic, neutral party to work through challenges can be helpful in living a happier, more fulfilling life. I create a non-judgmental, relaxed, yet transformative space for growth. We’ll collaborate on a plan geared toward your specific needs. That might include: building confidence, gaining insight and clarity, improving relationships and communication, changing a mindset, feeling more at peace, or adapting to life more effectively.
